The rules of payments and refunds

Prices

Adults pay 50€ per person per night. Children from 2 to 12 years pay 40€ per person per night. Children from 0 to 2 years stay for free if they sleep in bed with their parents or if the parents themselves provide for their cradle. If a bed or cradle is required you need to pay 30€ extra for the complete stay.

💳 Complete advance payment

The advance payment of the total amount of the stay is required to guarantee the reservation. The costs of sending the payment are to be payed by the customer. Within one day you must provide full payment of the reservation via PayPal or Bank Transfer. For booking requests less than 7 days before the start of the stay you can only pay with Paypal.

Refunds by cancellation of the booking

The cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days before the beginning of the stay results in a refund of 90% of the total amount paid. The cancellation of the reservation must be provided via e-mail.

The cancellation of the reservation with a notice from 30 to 7 days before the beginning of the stay involves the refund of 50% of the total amount paid. The cancellation of the reservation must be provided via e-mail.

The cancellation of the reservation within less than 7 days notice before the beginning of the stay involves the loss of the total amount paid.

Refunds by changes in the booking

A change in the reservation (number of people, number of nights, change of dates) in the period up to 30 days before the beginning of the stay, involves a refund of 90% for the days in which you will no longer spend the night. New dates or people added to the booking require payment in advance of the amount of these changes.

From 30 days up to 7 days before the start of the stay

A change in the reservation (number of people, number of nights, change of dates) in the period from 30 to 7 days before the beginning of the stay, involves a 50% refund for the days in which you will no longer stay. New dates or people added to the booking require payment in advance of the amount of these changes.

From 7 days up to 0 days before the start of the stay

For a change in the reservation (number of people, number of nights, change of dates) in the period from 7 days up to 0 days before the beginning of the stay, no refund will be given for the days in which you will no longer stay. New dates or people added to the booking require payment in advance of the amount of these changes.

🔃 Unforeseen events and changes during the stay

If for our guests any unforeseen circumstances or changes occur while already checked-in, no refunds will be given for the days in which you will no longer stay.

💐 Gift voucher

  • The gift voucher is non refundable.
  • The gift voucher is valid for 1 year and the expiry date is specified in the voucher itself. The expiry date means the date by which the stay must have been made.
  • The same rules for payment, unforeseen events and changes apply for the gift voucher as for all other bookings, as described on this page.
  • Keep in mind that during the winter we have a few months of complete closure of the B&B.

👮 Registration

The Italian state police (Polizia di Stato) requires us to register all our guest. (Anti-terrorist law) and we are also obliged to send the same data to the statistics department (ISTAT). We will ask you to compile an online form.
