B&B La Fossa

The B&B is located in a mountainous area. The 1 km road that reaches only our houses is quite steep and made of rough concrete. The road is passable by all vehicles. With a bit of courage and if you keep the car only in the first gear, it is not difficult to reach our place.

The last 1 km of road is not present in google maps or in the navigation system: Google Maps
1) From Bologna, Verona-Brennero: leave the highway at Reggio Emilia.
From Milan-Piacenza: exit Campegine-Terre di Canossa.
2) Take the SS 513 which passes through San Polo.
3) After passing the villages of Compiano (municipality of Canossa) and Buvolo (frazione di Vetto, 7km away from the center of Vetto), turn left at the the signs for places such as Piagnolo, Vogilato, Crovara, Scalucchia, Legoreccio, B&B La Fossa, etc. (this is 5-6km before Vetto center)
4) Pass through the villages of Piagnolo and Vogilato. Past Vogilato you come to a junction with some signs: go to the left following the indications of the B&B La Fossa (do not go to the right towards Vetto).
5) After 500 meters you will find a small road to the right with a red post box and the indication “Bed & Breakfast La Fossa” carved in a wooden sign.
6) The 1km road is uphill and made with rough concrete. If it is not possible to reach us, call us and we will come to pick you up with our car.
